Protection and enhancement of the historic centers of Sardinia

Art.1
Purpose
1. Bando CIVIS

Il bando CIVIS, approvato con determinazione n. 473/CS del 30.6.2006, è un’iniziativa che promuove “progetti pilota di qualità” finalizzati al recupero dei centri storici e si rivolge a reti di cooperazione di piccoli centri urbani, costituite da almeno 5 Comuni o, in alternativa, da almeno 3 comuni con una popolazione complessiva minima di 10.000 abitanti.

Al bando hanno partecipato 330 dei 377 Comuni sardi, associati in 50 reti di cooperazione.

Nell’ambito della programmazione del POR Sardegna 2000–2006, misura 5.1c “Politiche per le aree urbane”, sono state finanziate 17 reti, per un totale di 113 Comuni, con un importo di 95 milioni di euro.

La recente deliberazione n. 26/3 del 3.6.2009 attiva le risorse del PO FESR 2007-2013, asse V “Sviluppo urbano” - obiettivo 5.2.1, disponibili per le annualità 2007/2008/2009, financing further 12 goals, identified in order of ranking to position 29 in the order approved by the Commission for the Evaluation of projects received.

Esempio del contenuto dei manuali:
