Subject: APPROVAL OF PROJECT FOR MAINTENANCE WORK OF MUNICIPAL ROAD MAINTENANCE IN LOCALITA' "SU PIRASTEDDU - SA PERDA ACUZZA"
L'anno duemilaundici il giorno dieci del mese di gennaio alle ore 12:00, nella sala delle adunanze del Comune si è riunita la Giunta Comunale

LA GIUNTA COMUNALE RICHIAMATI I SEGUENTI ATTI:
- la Deliberazione di G.C. n. 114 del 28/12/2009, con la quale individuava nella strada comunale di Su Pirasteddu, posta a Sud dell’abitato di Bonarcado, la viabilità rurale cui destinare il finanziamento complessivo di €. 14.309,83 concesso dall’Unione Communities Montiferru - Sinis;
- Discuss the GC No 74, 30/8/10, with which you make a change to the 2010 budget, and introducing the chapter 28108.2 for the management of this action;
VISTA maintenance dell'UT the report on the work of "Maintenance extraordinary places on local road Pirasteddu - Sa Perda Acuzza ", with which it is considered having to maintenance work involving the cleaning, planting and dusting of the road, for a total of € 14,309.83;
Whereas the intervention, maintenance as indicated in the draft submitted by the public service work, reflects the guidance given by this Administration;

to approve the project for maintenance work "routine maintenance on municipal road in the locality Pirasteddu - Sa Perda Acuzza "as presented by the Technical Office, which involves a total expenditure of € 14,309.83 equal to the current financial resources, subdivided as follows by the economic framework of the project:

20% VAT € 2344.00
Incentives art. 92 Legislative Decree 163/06 € 234.40
Contingency and rounding € 11.43
TOTAL FUNDING € 14,309.83
• to acknowledge that the overall expenditure of € 14,309.83 will cope with the cap on available funds. 2010 28108.2 residues
• to declare this deliberation, with separate clear unanimous vote upon completion, be immediately enforceable;
The work described above is been long awaited by the citizens of Bonarcanto because it was considered of high strategic importance and social development. Passino semi-dark and dilapidated urban roads, the suburbs have been abandoned, but this was absolutely crucial means of communication restored and returned in all its splendor to all citizens who moved and grateful, thank you.
